Throughout my career I have always enjoyed working with clients and colleagues to discover and create the best ways of moving forward to achieve results which work for them. In addition to the knowledge and skills involved, that usually includes clarity of direction and strategy, decisiveness and confidence, strength, leadership and a willingness to do things differently.
I believe that the process of coaching is one of the most effective ways to build these qualities and actions in a way that is truly ‘owned’ by the client. I also know from my own experience just how powerful coaching can be in creating change.
My experience spans over 25 years in business, including 18 years in equity markets with Goldman Sachs, UBS and others, as well as senior management experience in industry and in venture funding.
I am a Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching, an NLP Business Practitioner, and accredited in Clean Coaching. I have additional training in Systems Coaching and other areas. In addition to continuous learning and development around coaching and other types of support for individual and organisational change, I benefit from regular supervision. I am also an ECB-qualified volunteer cricket coach. Please visit my website for more information on my approach to coaching and my influences.
At home in Wiltshire, I love my family, friends, music, technology, cricket and liquorice.
I looked at one of your profiles and I couldn’t believe you’re the brother of Howard Goodall! I’m happy to follow your blog!
Thank you Whizkid. Proud to be his younger brother (and also proud to be brother to my other brother and sister too) – though of course he can’t be held responsible for my random musings!
Best wishes
